Piano Servicing Request Form

Pianos First Preferred Piano Tuners and Technicians are available to tune your Alex.Steinbach piano or any other piano. Most pianos require a minimum of two tunings per year, but the number of times you need to tune your piano will depend upon changes in climate, age, condition of the piano, and how often it is used. We recommend using one of our Preferred Tuners and Technician's to ensure that your piano is serviced properly by an accredited tuner/technician.

Please note, that if you own a new Alex.Steinbach piano you will need to have your Alex.Steinbach piano tuned at least once a year and only serviced by a Pianos First Preferred Piano Tuner or Technician to keep your Lifetime Warranty valid.

However please note, the cost to have your piano tuned or serviced is not covered by Pianos First (unless it is a warranty issue).
