Today Pianos First launches its biggest promotional giveaway ever. We are giving one lucky Alex.Steinbach customer the chance to win $10,000 cash. All you have to do is purchase a new Alex.Steinbach piano from a participating store between 1st July and 30th September 2010, complete an entry form and you will go into the draw.
It’s as easy as that!
If you have applied and been approved for an Interest Free Purchase Plan for an Alex.Steinbach piano, you are also eligible to enter the draw. And if you are the lucky winner, you could put your winnings towards paying off your piano!

1. Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. The promotion is open to Australian residents other than employees and the immediate families of the Promoter (Pianos First Pty Ltd), owners and staff of participating retail stores, and their immediate family members. 3. Promotion commences 1/07/2010 and closes 11.59pm 30/09/2010. Registrations submitted after this date will not be eligible for entry in this promotion. 4. An entry will only be deemed valid if the purchaser has paid for the piano or been accepted for the Pianos First Interest Free Purchase Plan (as per the purchase plan Terms and Conditions). A deposit or lay-by on a piano is not sufficient to gain entry into the draw for the main prize. In the event that a piano is purchased by a school the Promoter will verify with that school as to the person or entity that should be nominated on the entry form. 5. Each piano purchased shall equal one entry into the draw for the main prize regardless of the value of the piano purchased. 6. The Promoter collects entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. 7. Prize Pool: A one off prize is available being $10,000 in cash. The Promoter will make every effort to pay the full amount to the winner no later than close of business on 22/10/2010. Any delay will be due to incorrect details having been supplied to the Promoter. 8. Prize Draw and notification details: The entry form of each entrant will be placed into a sealed container in the offices of the Promoter. The Promoter will call on the services of accounting firm Powell Accounting to conduct the draw on behalf of the Promoter. One entry will be drawn from the total pool of entrants and this person will be deemed the winner of the main prize. This draw will take place at 10am on Monday October 11, 2010 and the winner’s details will be published that day on the Promoter’s website (www.pianos1st.com.au), the Promoter’s facebook page (alexsteinbach-pianos facebook) and published in the Australian newspaper on the weekend of 16-17/10/2010. 9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of an entrant. 10. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian. 11. Participants consent to the Promoter using the participant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (incl. photograph, film, file and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/ or supplied by the Promoter. 12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
