LIFETIME Warranty
Pianos First (Aust.) Pty Ltd honours a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all new Alex. Steinbach pianos, and a ten year warranty where there is a change of ownership, both from the date of the original purchase. Subject to the terms of the warranty, all manufacturing or material defects are covered. If we consider the piano to be irreparable, a replacement piano will be provided.
